Kinugawa is moving from Gustavia to a new site on the Route de Saint-Jean, on the bay of Saint-Jean, “opening this autumn” according to its official page, which prints no year; the owner confirms autumn 2026. It is not open there yet. The official page describes a building “inspired by a modern pagoda” with a Japanese-style garden and an indoor-outdoor room in pale wood; the kitchen keeps the house signatures — sashimi, signature rolls, citrus ceviche, charcoal-grilled fish — and a French-Japanese cocktail list. The “1 November” date found in the press belongs to the 2024 reopening of the Gustavia site and says nothing about the new one. We have not been; this is an announcement, not a recommendation.
