Bedrooms

Three bedrooms, each with the water in view.

The master pavilion holds one bedroom; the second holds two. All three have a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and twin basins, and a door straight to the outside.

Six guests, and no more — the house was drawn for that number rather than stretched to it. Air conditioning, a safe, a desk, and an outdoor shower at every pavilion.

01 Master pavilion

A building of its own, 29 m².

The master has the whole of the first pavilion: 27.41 m² of room under a vaulted white ceiling, twin wardrobes flanking the bed, a separate WC, and an ensuite bathroom in honed stone with a walk-in shower and twin basins. A second shower stands outside, in a walled corridor between the timber wall of the house and the stone.

  • King-size bed, 180 × 200 cm, Epeda mattress
  • Ensuite bathroom — walk-in shower, twin basins, separate WC
  • Outdoor shower of its own
  • Air conditioning, blackout and sheer curtains
  • TV with Fire TV Stick, Marshall speaker
  • Oak desk and chair
  • Twin wardrobes, safe
  • The lawn, the pool, and the water beyond

02 Bedroom two

In the second pavilion, about 26 m².

The two remaining bedrooms share a pavilion and are near-identical: 17.59 m² of room here, a 5.42 m² bathroom, a WC of its own. Neither is the lesser room — which matters on the evening six people arrive together and somebody has to choose last.

  • Ensuite bathroom — walk-in shower, twin basins, WC
  • Wardrobe, safe
  • The pavilion garden and the hillside

Everything else is the same as the master.

03 Bedroom three

The same room, the other way round.

Bedroom three mirrors its neighbour — 17.92 m² of room, a 5.45 m² bathroom — and opens by French doors straight onto the lawn. The curtains draw across the whole opening, so it is a dark room in the morning for whoever wants one.

  • Ensuite bathroom — walk-in shower, twin basins, WC
  • Wardrobe, safe
  • French doors onto the lawn, hills beyond

Everything else is the same as the master.

04 Linen and housekeeping

Made up, quietly, while you are out.

Housekeeping comes every morning except Sundays and public holidays. Sheets are changed every four days and towels every two; the beds are made with percale and washed linen over Epeda mattresses.

None of it is an extra billed at the end — it is part of the week as it is sold. If you would rather nobody came in on a given morning, a word to the villa manager the evening before is enough.

  • Daily housekeeping, except Sundays and public holidays
  • Sheets changed every four days
  • Towels changed every two days
  • Beach towels provided
  • Villa manager on call day and night
