What is already in the house.

Private pool, private gym, Starlink Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning in every bedroom, covered parking, a safe in each room, and an outdoor shower at every pavilion.

Housekeeping every morning except Sundays and public holidays, linen changed every four days, pool and garden service, and a villa manager on call day and night. None of it is an extra.
