A villa manager on call day and night, present at every arrival and every departure. You are met at Gustaf III, driven up, and shown the house before the keys change hands.
Housekeeping every morning except Sundays and public holidays, linen every four days. A chef, provisioning, transfers or a boat — asked the night before, arranged by morning.
01 With every stay
What is already arranged.
The house is opened before you land, and it is looked after every day you are in it. None of what follows is an extra, and none of it is invoiced separately.
One person answers for the villa and for you: at the house for your arrival, and again on the morning you leave.
- The villa manager
- On call day and night, reachable by telephone. Once your dates are confirmed we open a WhatsApp group with him, so a question never waits for an office to open.
- The airport welcome
- Met at Gustaf III and driven up on arrival, and driven back down for your departure flight; the manager stays reachable in between — one number, for the house and for everything around it.
- Housekeeping
- Every morning except Sundays and public holidays. A word to the manager the evening before is enough to skip a day.
- The concierge
- Anything arranged the night before is in place by morning — a car at the gate, a table, a boat for the afternoon. You ask once; we do the calling.
Also included
- Bed linen changed every four days, towels every two.
- The pool and the garden maintained throughout the stay.
- A welcome basket in the kitchen on the day you arrive.
- Satellite Wi-Fi across the house and the terraces, air conditioning in every bedroom.
The air is on and the water is cold before the car reaches the gate.
A message the night before is enough. Nothing here has to be planned from home.
02 On request
And what can be added.
Everything below is arranged with people we work with on the island. Each is quoted when you ask, in writing, before you commit — so the price of your stay remains the price of the house.

- Provisioning
- The kitchen stocked to your list before you arrive, and topped up during the stay.
- A private chef
- For one dinner, for the whole week, or for the evening you would rather not go out.
- Transfers
- Beyond the arrival and departure runs, which are included: a driver for the evening or for the day.
- A car or a scooter
- Hired on the island for the length of the stay and waiting when you land.
- A day on the water
- A boat with its skipper, for the neighbouring islands or for the afternoon.
- Massage and wellness
- A massage or a yoga session on the deck, at the hour that suits you.
- Childcare
- A babysitter for an evening, arranged when you ask.
03 Asking
One message is the whole procedure.
Write with the dates and whatever you would like arranged. You will hear back from the person who will be at the airport when you land, not from a booking desk.
04 Good to know
The practical answers.
The facts you need before you decide, in one line each. Where a line touches the contract, it links to the page that carries the full wording.
- Arrival
- From 15:00. If you land early, ask — we will tell you honestly what is possible that day.
- Departure
- Until 12:00. The manager is at the house that morning and drives you down.
- Occupancy
- Six people, children included, across three bedrooms. There is no additional bed.
- Pets
- The house does not take pets.
- Smoking
- Outdoors only — the terraces and the garden, never inside a pavilion.
- Payment
- 50% to confirm · balance 60 days before arrival (120 days over Christmas and New Year) · 5% tourist tax · no booking fee. View rental terms
- Festive stays
- Christmas and New Year are confirmed personally by the owner.
- Security deposit
- $5,000, or $10,000 over the festive season, released within fourteen days of departure. View rental terms
- Cancellation
- Plans change; what is due depends on how early you tell us. The full schedule is in the cancellation terms
- House rules
- A private stay for one party; no events. A quiet residential hillside.
