Zuma Saint-Barth is announced for 25 November 2026 at 19 rue de la République, on the harbour in Gustavia. It is not open. It is the group’s first restaurant in the Caribbean, and a seasonal one: the press release gives evenings seven days a week, 6 pm to 1 am, through April 2027. The stated format is the one Zuma runs elsewhere — main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill — with a bar, resident DJs and harbour-facing rooms; the official page promises “sunset cocktails to late-night energy”. Reservations opened in September 2026 on the official site. We have not been; this is an announcement, not a recommendation.
