What is published
Loulou is announced for November 2026 on Shell Beach (Plage de Grand Galet), on the site of Shellona, as the beach restaurant of Fouquet’s Saint-Barth (Hôtels Barrière). It is not open. The hotel’s own page now lists it as “Loulou : Beach Restaurant — Opening November 2026”; on 9 September it still carried the former name. The press (Islands, 26 August 2026) describes an Italian, Riviera-inspired beach club with a DJ through the day and loungers reserved for hotel guests; the operators are friends of the house, which is how we first heard of it.
